  • We offer standard and priority delivery options for UK and European orders.
  • Shipping methods and estimated despatch times will be displayed during the checkout process.

  • We partner with reputable courier companies to ensure safe and efficient delivery of your orders. The courier companies we use are: DPD, DHL, DX & DX Freight, Linear Logistics, Parcelforce, Parcelink and TNT. We may use other courier companies at our discretion.
  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a despatch confirmation e-mail with tracking information.

4. Delivery Timeframes:

  • Delivery times vary depending on your location, selected delivery method, and courier policies.
  • Average UK delivery times are 1 to 2 days.
  • Average European delivery times are 5 to 10 Days.
  • Estimated delivery times will be provided at checkout and may be subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather delays or courier disruptions.

5. Delivery Costs:

  • Delivery is charged per order.
  • Our standard UK delivery fee is £7.96.
  • Our standard European delivery fee is £25.
  • Delivery rates are calculated based on shipping destination and selected shipping method.
  • Delivery costs will be displayed during the checkout process before you finalise your purchase.
  • Priority despatch is an optional extra on some products for an additional fee, which will be displayed on eligible products during the checkout process.
  • Strata Real Wood and Fauxwood Venetian Blinds – some blinds in these ranges are available with ‘3 Day Despatch’ & ‘Same/ Next Day Despatch’ as follows:
    ‘3 Day Despatch’: £11.95 + £4.75 Per Blind. Place your order before 10am and select ‘Fast Track’ to ensure that your order is despatched within 3 working days.
    ‘Same/ Next Day Despatch’: £11.95 + £9.55 Per Blind. Place your order before 10am and select ‘Next Day’ to ensure that your order will be despatched on the same working day. Place your order after 10am (or at any time on Saturday or Sunday) and your order will be despatched on the following working day.
  • Aspen Real Wood and Fauxwood Venetian Blinds – some blinds in these ranges are available with ‘Next Day/ Priority Despatch’. This service costs £25 per order. Orders placed before 10.00am will be manufactured on the same day and despatched on the next day. Orders received after 10am will be manufactured on the next working day and despatched the following day. Please note: the maximum number of blinds on each order is 15.
  • Halo Real Wood and Fauxwood Venetian Blinds – some blinds in these ranges are available with ‘Next Day/ Priority Despatch’. This service costs £25 per order. Orders placed before 10.00am will be manufactured on the same day and despatched the next day. Orders received after 10am will be manufactured on the next working day and despatched the following day. Please note: the maximum number of blinds on each order is 15.
  • Spire Aluminium Venetian Blinds – some blinds in these ranges are available with ‘Next Day/ Priority Despatch’. This service costs £25 per order. Orders placed before 10.00am will be manufactured on the same day and despatched the next day. Orders received after 10am will be manufactured on the next working day and despatched the following day. Please note: the maximum number of blinds on each order is 15.

6. International Shipping:

  • We do not ship outside of the UK and Europe.

7. Order Tracking:

  • Once your order has been shipped, you can track its status using the provided tracking number.
  • Tracking information will be e-mailed to you once your order has been dispatched.

8. Delivery Issues:

  • We will work with the courier company to resolve any delivery-related issues and ensure that your order reaches you as soon as possible.

9. Delivery Address Accuracy:

  • It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate shipping information at the time of purchase.
  • We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer.

10. Delivery Procedures:

  • The courier company will attempt to deliver your goods. If there is no answer on the first attempted delivery, a calling card will be left and you should contact the courier to arrange an alternative suitable delivery or collection. Delivery will usually be attempted three times with a calling card left each time, after this, goods will be returned to sender.
  • If there is no answer at the delivery address, the courier company may attempt to deliver to a neighbouring address or if you have left specific delivery instructions on the order (e.g: leaving the package in a safe location on your premises), these may be followed.

11. Delivery Conditions:

  • It is the responsibility of the customer to inspect all goods at the time of delivery.
  • Cheapest Blinds & Interiors must be notified within seven days from receipt of goods of any shortage or damage.
  • Any evidence of damage at point of delivery must be signed for as damaged on point of delivery.

  • If after following the delivery procedures, as set out above, delivery or collection has not been possible and the order is returned to sender. The customer will be responsible for any re-delivery costs.
